You may be reading this, thinking, “what the heck is MTFC TV?”. As you have probably worked out, it is not a Chorley FC project. It is in fact a service that is ran by James Griffiths whom is a young supporter of Matlock Town. The service he runs is a highlight service, such as what Stan used to provide for our own Magpie fans. You are now probably wondering why you should bother to continue reading? Well I will tell you why.

Like ourselves, MTFC TV is ran by Matlock supporters. In this case, it’s just a supporter. James currently has put £500+ of his own money into the service through buying equipment such as camera’s and hard drives to store the footage on. When we first started this service, we already had everything we needed in order to broadcast. Donations have helped us pay for equipment if it would break, and it’s helped us pay for our radio hosting costs.

I understand it is not easy handing out donations to every “charity” or service, but if you could spare even £1, then please help our friend over at MTFC TV to continue his superb highlights for exiled fans. Just because you’re not a supporter of Matlock Town, it doesn’t mean you don’t enjoy watching highlights of a non-league game.
